Karen Schwartz, President of the Historical Society of Harrison County, will present “Finding Indiana,” a slideshow of the state’s rich history, at the September 7 program of the Southern Indiana Genealogical Society. The presentation includes music and songs from the musical “Finding Home: Indiana at 200” and features photographs of Hoosier people, businesses, occupations, landmarks and events, with special emphasis on Harrison County.
A “meet and mingle” with light refreshments will begin at 6:45 PM with program at 7 PM in the Strassweg Auditorium of the New Albany-Floyd County Public Library, 180 W.
