Three genealogists will present “quick classes” at the February 7 program of the Southern Indiana Genealogical Society (SIGS). Blogger and SIGS board member Dana Crawley will answer “Who’s Your DNA Genie?” with tips and techniques on which DNA test to take and how to get the most out of your DNA results. SIGS member Eden Kuhlenschmidt will talk about “Early Clark County Newspapers, 1840-1869.” SIGS media chair Susan Covey will give an account of General Lafayette’s surprise visit to Perry County in 1825.
