Genealogist Deborah Lord Campisano will present “I’ve Got My DNA Results! What Now?” at the April 5 program of the Southern Indiana Genealogical Society. She will present an overview of DNA testing results from four leading “direct to consumer” testing companies with examples of what a tester may see on results pages including matches from Y-DNA, mtDNA, and atDNA; ethnicity results; origins maps; shared and identifying matches, and examples of contacting matches. Ms. Campisano has over 35 years of genealogical research experience and co-leads the Louisville Genealogical Society’s Genetic Genealogy Special Interest Group. A “meet and mingle” with light refreshments will start at 6:15 PM with program at 6:30 at the New Albany-Floyd County Public Library, 180 W. Spring St., New Albany, Indiana.
